| Page 285: The acronym "LTV" is used on page 285, and stands for "Lifetime Value". The acronym that should have been used on this page is "CLV", as per page 284. "CLV" stands for "Customer Lifetime Value". Both terms mean the same thing, but the desired switch from "LTV" to "CLV" on page 285 was missed in the final edit. Apologies! :) |
